Alt Impacte project, innovating e-mobility

We are pleased to announce that Premium PSU has received the prestigious Alt Impacte grant from ACCIÓ, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to innovation and technological development in the field of electric mobility.

ALT IMPACTE Project: A Step Forward in Electric Mobility

The primary goal of the ALT IMPACTE project is to implement a new product development center at Premium PSU, specifically focused on charging systems for electric vehicles. This initiative will allow us not only to advance in electric charging technology but also to foster talent and research within our company.

Establishment of Floox Research Center

Thanks to the grant, we have established Floox, our new research and development center. Floox will become the core of our future innovations, focusing on creating advanced and sustainable solutions for electric mobility. Under the commercial name Floox, Premium aims to offer alternatives in designing a more intelligent, sustainable, and efficient electric vehicle supply infrastructure. Floox targets various sectors including public parking, private parking, commercial centers, hotels, restaurants, transport fleets, and electric charging stations.

Talent Acquisition: 23 New Engineers

One of the most exciting aspects of this project is the incorporation of 23 highly qualified engineers into our team. These new members will play a crucial role in the development of our electric charging technologies and significantly contribute to the success of Floox.

Impact and Benefits of the Project

The project aims to achieve technological maturity sufficient for the commercialization of new electric vehicle charging systems and stations. Premium PSU will leverage its extensive experience in developing and manufacturing power conversion systems to innovate new electric charging technologies. By creating this new research area, Premium will investigate advanced electric charging technologies, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the transport sector.

Key Technologies:

Bidirectional modular solutions enabling energy transfer between vehicles and grids.
Wireless charging technologies to eliminate energy loss and enhance user convenience.
Scalable and parallelizable topologies for modular solutions adaptable over time.
