30kW Bidirectional AC/DC Power Module

The BBC-30K is a 30 kW bidirectional AC/DC power module designed for OEM integration into battery-based energy systems. It enables controlled bidirectional energy transfer between a three-phase AC network and high-voltage DC battery systems for charging, discharging and power conversion applications.

With a three-phase AC input range of 180–460 Vac and a DC voltage range of 150–1000 Vdc, the BBC-30K supports high-voltage battery architectures used in BESS, V2G, V2H, microgrid and bidirectional power conversion applications. Its regulated DC output delivers up to 30 kW with 95.5% typical efficiency, supporting CC/CV/CP control modes and grid-forming operation.

The module integrates a built-in DC pre-charge circuit for direct connection up to 1000 Vdc, independent CAN communication channels for the DC and AC sides, and top-layer potting protection for environments with high humidity and heavy dust.
