50 kW Three-Phase Charger Module
The BDS-50k is a high-power, rack-mountable AC/DC conversion module engineered for demanding fast-charging and industrial energy systems. It supports a wide three-phase AC input range from 260 Vac to 530 Vac (L–L) and delivers a fully regulated DC output adjustable from 150 Vdc to 1000 Vdc, ensuring compatibility with next-generation battery technologies.
With up to 50 kW output power, 97.2% efficiency at full load and 97.6% peak efficiency, the BDS-50k ensures outstanding energy performance, reduced thermal losses and optimal system integration. Its low acoustic noise (55 dB at rated load) and Class B EMC compliance (IEC 61851-21-2) enable deployment in residential, commercial and industrial environments.
Designed for reliability in harsh conditions, the unit operates from –40 °C to +75 °C, delivering full power up to +55 °C with linear derating above this point. The BDS-50k integrates full electronic protection (OTP, OVP, UVP, OCP, short-circuit) and features CAN 2.0 communication for seamless control and monitoring.
