Pero en convertidores resonantes LLC se aprovecha: una Llk controlada se dise\u00f1a deliberadamente para actuar como inductor resonante serie Lr, eliminando un componente discreto y ganando densidad. Para ajustarla se insertan derivaciones magn\u00e9ticas (shunts) o se ajusta la separaci\u00f3n diel\u00e9ctrica entre capas (\u0394h), que eleva Llk linealmente.<\/p> <div class=\"callout\" style=\"border-left: 5px solid #D4A020; background: #fdf8ee; padding: 16px 20px; margin: 24px 0; border-radius: 0 6px 6px 0;\"> <p style=\"margin: 0;\"><strong>El dilema del dise\u00f1o en alta frecuencia. <\/strong>Reducir la dispersi\u00f3n obliga a acercar primario y secundario, lo que eleva la capacidad entre devanados C_inter. Se mide con el m\u00e9todo de cortocircuito directo (una barra ancha de cobre sobre el secundario + analizador de impedancia en la d\u00e9cada de la frecuencia de conmutaci\u00f3n) o, sin analizador de AF, con el m\u00e9todo de la relaci\u00f3n de espiras y desviaci\u00f3n en AC. En ambos casos conviene construir utillajes de prueba con contactos planares y pistas coaxiales sim\u00e9tricas para calibrar abierto\/cortocircuito en el plano del dispositivo.<\/p> <p style=\"margin-bottom: 14px;\">El modelo unidimensional de Dowell falla en pistas reales: las espirales conc\u00e9ntricas concentran la corriente DC en el radio interior (efecto de espiralidad), elevando la Rdc real. La metodolog\u00eda h\u00edbrida anal\u00edtico-num\u00e9rica lo resuelve sin el coste de un transitorio 3D completo: se calcula el arco ideal (Rca = 2\u03c0\/(\u03c3\u00b7h_cu\u00b7ln(r\u2082\/r\u2081))), se extrae la resistencia real mediante FEA est\u00e1tico en DC con simetr\u00eda de un cuarto, se obtiene un factor de calibraci\u00f3n (Rca\/R\u208a) y se inyecta como coeficiente en la f\u00f3rmula de p\u00e9rdidas AC. El resultado concuerda con las simulaciones transitorias 3D (Ansys Maxwell) con un error inferior al 1 %, en microsegundos en lugar de horas.<\/p> <h2 style=\"font-size: 17px; font-weight: bold; color: #143a80; margin: 40px 0 14px; padding-bottom: 6px; border-bottom: 2px solid #D4A020;\">Aislamiento y normas: clearance, creepage e IEC 60664-1<\/h2> <p style=\"margin-bottom: 14px;\">La proximidad de pistas de alta y baja tensi\u00f3n exige un cumplimiento estricto de las normas diel\u00e9ctricas. El clearance es la distancia a trav\u00e9s del aire (evita el arco directo); el creepage, el camino de fuga a lo largo de la superficie s\u00f3lida (evita la carbonizaci\u00f3n conductora). IPC-2221 fija m\u00ednimos hasta 500 V y a\u00f1ade un recargo lineal por encima; IPC-9592, espec\u00edfica de conversi\u00f3n de potencia, impone criterios m\u00e1s conservadores. Los materiales de alto CTI toleran creepages menores.<\/p> <p style=\"margin-bottom: 14px;\">Las distancias no se leen de una tabla est\u00e1tica: la IEC 60664-1 exige evaluar el entorno real. El grado de poluci\u00f3n (PD2 habitual en industria) puede reclasificarse a PD1 con recubrimiento conformado (conformal coating) o encapsulado (potting), reduciendo dr\u00e1sticamente el creepage requerido. La categor\u00eda de sobretensi\u00f3n (OVC) fija el clearance de primario en red. Y la altitud penaliza: por encima de 2000 m, la menor rigidez diel\u00e9ctrica del aire obliga a multiplicar el clearance, con un factor de aproximadamente 1,48 a 5000 m \u2014relevante en ferrocarril de monta\u00f1a, solar de alta cota y avi\u00f3nica. F\u00edsicamente, el creepage se multiplica fresando ranuras en el FR4 entre primario y secundario, forzando al camino de fuga a rodear el corte, o interponiendo barreras aislantes.<\/p> <h2 style=\"font-size: 17px; font-weight: bold; color: #143a80; margin: 40px 0 14px; padding-bottom: 6px; border-bottom: 2px solid #D4A020;\">Ecosistema de software: abierto y comercial<\/h2> <p style=\"margin-bottom: 14px;\">La complejidad acoplada del campo de AF ha producido un ecosistema de software maduro. Premium SA prioriza, all\u00ed donde cumplen los requisitos, las herramientas de c\u00f3digo abierto y auditables: permiten una ingenier\u00eda de primer nivel sin dependencia de proveedor (lock-in) ni coste de licencia, y su c\u00f3digo verificable encaja con la trazabilidad que exigen los sectores regulados.<\/p> <p style=\"margin-bottom: 14px;\">En el lado abierto destaca el proyecto OpenMagnetics \u2014un grupo de trabajo del comit\u00e9 de magn\u00e9ticos de la PSMA\u2014: su motor de c\u00e1lculo MKF (C++) se expone en Python v\u00eda PyOpenMagnetics\/PyMKF y opera sobre el formato neutro MAS (Magnetic Agnostic Structure, un esquema JSON que describe requisitos, construcci\u00f3n y resultados, con coordinaci\u00f3n de aislamiento seg\u00fan IEC 62368-1\/61558). python-planar-magnetics (en PyPI) genera espirales planares respetando reglas DRC, estima la Rdc corrigiendo por espiralidad y exporta a KiCad (S-expressions) y DXF.
