Sin embargo, en proyectos en los que hay que renovar y actualizar un tren antiguo, pueden surgir muchas peculiaridades.<\/h4> <\/div><\/section><br \/> <section  class='av_textblock_section av-jxx4w366-c4d99cbb1ce94fd504f2d104179f1a94'  ><div class='avia_textblock' ><h2><strong>The Challenge<\/strong><\/h2> <p>En este caso, nuestro cliente necesitaba alimentar un <strong>sistema HVAC<\/strong> (ventiladores y compresores) con una l\u00ednea de voltaje at\u00edpico de 500 Vcc +\/- 2%. El reto consisti\u00f3 en dise\u00f1ar un nuevo y vers\u00e1til inversor trif\u00e1sico para ser utilizado en dos subsistemas independientes: <strong>suministrar energ\u00eda a compresores HVAC de 3.2kVA y alimentar los ventiladores de impulsi\u00f3n<\/strong>. En ambos casos ten\u00eda que poder ajustar la tensi\u00f3n y la frecuencia de salida y, lo m\u00e1s importante, la entrada ten\u00eda que soportar 500Vdc.<\/p> <h2><strong>Powering The Challenge<\/strong><\/h2> <p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2592 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/premiumpsu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/casestudy2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/premiumpsu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/casestudy2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/premiumpsu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/casestudy2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/premiumpsu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/casestudy2-705x470.jpg 705w, https:\/\/premiumpsu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/casestudy2-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/premiumpsu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/casestudy2.jpg 840w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Dise\u00f1amos un inversor ferroviario de 3.2kVA de acuerdo con la norma EN50155:2017 y largo ciclo de vida \u00fatil.<\/strong> El producto incluy\u00f3 una entrada de 500Vdc y una tensi\u00f3n de salida configurable (de 200Vac a 460Vac y de 5Hz a 60Hz), se\u00f1ales de control remoto, alarmas, rampas de arranque suave y programaci\u00f3n RS-232. Bas\u00e1ndonos en nuestra experiencia en el dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n de inversores trif\u00e1sicos robustos, pudimos ofrecer un dise\u00f1o de producto a medida cumpliendo con un calendario ajustado y alcanzando unos costes de desarrollo competitivos.<\/p> <p>Durante la fase de dise\u00f1o y a trav\u00e9s de reuniones de seguimiento con nuestro cliente, descubrimos que el conjunto del sistema contemplaba utilizar contactores y rel\u00e9s entre el inversor y el motor para poder cambiar la configuraci\u00f3n de Estrella a Tri\u00e1ngulo y as\u00ed poder tener dos velocidades de motor diferentes. Sugerimos no usar todos estos componentes, conectar el motor directamente al inversor y controlar la velocidad del ventilador directamente a trav\u00e9s de la salida del inversor.
