The converter delivers up to 2000W of regulated DC output power, available in eight fixed output voltages from 24V to 150V, with constant-current / constant-voltage (C.C./C.V.) operation and output voltage and current manually adjustable through the ADJV potentiometer.

The ARP-2000 is designed for demanding industrial and power electronics applications requiring high output power, wide input range and reliable operation. Its PS-ON remote control terminal allows remote on/off switching, with support for an external 4–12 Vdc control signal. Cooling is provided by two built-in, temperature-controlled, speed-regulating DC fans operating in internal blowing mode — if either fan fails or is not detected, the unit disables its output to protect the system.

The unit includes comprehensive protections: over-voltage (cut-off at 130% of rated output, power-cycle recovery), short-circuit (automatic recovery for momentary faults, hiccup mode for continuous faults), overload (constant-current limiting), fan failure and over-temperature (shutdown at heatsink 85°C ±5%, auto-recovery at 75°C ±5%). MTBF ≥ 720,600 h (MIL-HDBK-217F, 25°C).

KEY FEATURES:

Universal AC input: 110–240 Vac, 47–63 Hz

Built-in active PFC function — power factor ≥ 0.98 @ 220 Vac

2000W rated output power — 8 output voltage versions: 24 / 36 / 42 / 48 / 60 / 72 / 110 / 150 Vdc

C.C. and C.V. operation — output voltage and current adjustable via ADJV potentiometer

PS-ON remote on/off control — external 4–12 Vdc signal supported

Forced-air cooling by 2× built-in temperature-controlled DC fans

Protections: OVP / OCP / SCP / OTP / fan failure

MTBF ≥ 720,600 h (MIL-HDBK-217F, 25°C)

EMC: EN55032 Class A — immunity EN61000-4-2 / -3 / -4 / -5 / -6 / -11

Product warranty

3 years

[1117

0":"post-23706","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-bidirectional-ac-dc-power-modules","8":"first","9":"instock","10":"shipping-taxable","11":"product-type-simple
["GET
